Happened to be in an oriental store today and was looking around at all the neat, weird stuff they have. Saw this package of preserved duck eggs. I bought them
as I like to try new stuff. I think they're the same thing as the so called hundred year old eggs. It was an impulse buy and now I'm wondering if they
are really a safe food item. I mean they weren't refrigerated or anything, just sitting on the shelf in a little package.

From what I've seen on the internet...

area. I thought it was very tasty, but then again I had been drinking quite a bit of single malt scotch. I always wanted to try it again and one day I'm
going to use this recipe if I can find all the stuff.

chopped chives. Sometimes if I'm adventurous and have plenty of antacids on hand I'll sprinkle tabasco on mine to give it a kick.
